At Dot & Key, we want you to love your skincare journey; if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can initiate a return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Please ensure all items are unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a resolution.
Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your Order ID and registered email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Upload Proof
For damaged or missing items, upload clear images or an unboxing video to help our quality control team verify the claim quickly.
Quality Inspection
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup; our team will inspect the product upon arrival at our warehouse to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refund or Replacement
After successful inspection, we will process your replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
