Are Dot & Key products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, all our products are 100% cruelty-free and curated with high-quality vegan ingredients. We do not test on animals at any stage of product development.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your package directly through the 'My Orders' section on our website.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are damaged during transit or if the wrong item was delivered. Please ensure the product remains unopened and in its original packaging.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulations are dermatologically tested and designed to be gentle. However, we always recommend performing a patch test on your inner arm or behind the ear before full application.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.
How long does shipping usually take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days for metro cities and 5 to 7 business days for other locations, depending on your proximity to our warehouse.
